Sorry to say, I have a cold *sigh, and did not do my workout today.
I was on for today's workout of Back and Biceps, and I can not even imagine doing that workout. I did however manage to get to bed last night at 8.30pm, have hot green tea, and get some Tylenol cold medicine.
Stats this week SUCK!
Considering I was good, had salads with chicken and my sugar free jello, it just was NOT enough to stay in or below the 22% mark.
WT - 121
BF% 23.5
BMI 20.8
Good grief I have got to get my head in the GAME again.
Can I blame this on winter, lack of sunshine and my love for sugar *wink wink, maybe. New plan, get the bikini out and hang it in the gym!
Really at this rate I will never ever make competing again at 50, unless I can wrap my head around diet now. We all know you can never do enough workouts to ward off bad diet habits. And its not like I love a bunch of junk...Lays chips and chocolate. *sigh, yeah right T.
So this morning I had my revised smoothie, added the coffee as I said I would... and yes taste like a nice smooth cinnamon dolce latte:
1 scoop Whey Vanilla ice cream
1/2 banana
1 cup vanilla soy (silk)
1 cup cold coffee
1 tbs cinnamon
Took my Tylenol pills and headed to the office.....Happy Valentines Day!
Hope you feel better soon....horrible to have the flu and wanting to train...
