The DVD is divided into sections, or various
series, that include a warm-up of all muscles and body parts as Rachel stresses
the importance of proper breathing while raising the heart rate. A barre or
chair are required for the workout, along with a small ball and resistance
band. Ankle weights and small hand weights are optional. </div>

First up, after the
warm up is the Squat series that works the legs, glutes and hips. Then, the Attitude
series works the glutes, hamstrings and back. The 2<sup>nd</sup> Position
series requires a small glide disc. A paper plate or power towel can be
substituted depending on surface. The 2<sup>nd</sup> Position section
incorporates squats, leg stretches and arms. The Band Kick Back series uses the
resistance band to work the legs and back, while the Lunge series continues
with the glide, and incorporates hand and ankle weights on the barre. The
program continues with floor work for Arms and Abs, and ends with stretches and

Pick colors that will feel clean and open</div>

Find containers or cabinets that will fill your needs in more then one way</div>

Get a bench that is on rollers so you can move if needed and that has incline</div>

Get a good rack for weights, safety is HUGE</div>

Buy mats that don't collect sweat, bacteria </div>

Keep your stuff clean by wiping it with Clorox or anti-bacteria wipes and spray your mats with Lysol so you don't have any germs. I keep hand sanitizer and make all my clients use it after a session. </div>

If you make a home studio, just remember space is money so take your time on getting what you want and try to get the best you can afford. I thought I would be doing more pilates but no my clients just were not into that, I sold my bench. And for that piece being gone, it made space to add a cardio machine the elliptical. </div>
