P90X Week 8 Day 1
I have been thinking about this statement, that we are all busy but not disciplined. Its true, we may start something but then where is the discipline to make it better? I hope that you have the discipline, I feel like I am gaining it more and more each day. One way I have done it is by starting a "Stop It" list.
Yes we have all kinds of "To do" lists but what about the things we need to just STOP DOING.
If you look deep down you will see things in yourself that realistically you need to own up to and just STOP IT! For me it is, or was the weekend sabotage, just a bit here and there and BAM not good news on stat day. So today as you do your to do list......take a moment and make a stop doing list. I can almost bet you will see better results with the stop list then the do list. For me it has been successful and I wish the same for you.
Complaining about things I can NOT change or fix
Talking too much
Worrying about what I "can't" do
So there you have it, and I am ON FIRE to change this.
Just STOP IT T!
So I can become more focused, and a better productive person, giving energy where it needs to go. I am still on the HOT TAMALE TRAIN.....ON FIRE! I could not be more pleased with my stats this week!

Workout - P90X Yoga
Mood - Relaxed
Wt - 116 Time of workout - I did 20-25 minutes
Cals = ?
Again I was going to make this my off day, but I need all the stretch I can get. I did finish the rest of the P90X Stretch X workout last night after work and did a 2 mile run. GO T. That run was so hot and humid....I was soaked!
