Day 21 Stripped Diet, time to kick it in high gear!
Weekend food log, as you can tell too many carbs with eating out. But I did donate time to do a re-design re-mix in a church, plus saw a Frank Loyd Wright home called the Ebensworth Home.
I did not get in all my snacks.
