Sweat UNLIMITED Week 1

Just a few of this weeks outfits headed to the office....
Of course we have to have a sweater since the office is so cold. Kinda ruins the look but keeps me warm ;-)

Monday it was cold so I wore this heavy spring jacket.
Only I didn't slouch my tank like I usually do, but hey its there

This weeks workouts have been the Sweat UNLIMITED
Workout Options:
  • Sweat Extreme – 5 minutes: Tone and tighten
  • Sweat Strength – 15 minutes: Total body sculpting
  • Sweat Cardio – 30 minutes: Fat burning cardio drills
  • Sweat Box – 45 minutes: Full Tabata style workout with punches, kicks and core
  • Bonus Sweat Stretch – 5 minutes: Reach, relax and rejuvenate muscles and relieve muscle soreness
This weeks workouts:
Sunday - Sweat Strength + Extreme
Monday - Sweat Cardio + 2 mile walk
Tuesday - Sweat Box + 1.5 mile walk (Plus client Yoga 1hr)
Wednesday - Sweat Extreme + Stretch
