ZCut Cardio Week 4 Day 7 Workout #7

ZCut Cardio Week 4 Day 7 Workout #7 first month done!
x3 rounds:
Sumo squat to reg squat jumps
Side to side hops
Mountain climbers
Burpee to knee tucks
Plank up downs

Last night 1hr 15 min Hatha Yoga with client and some random FASHION photos of me heading the office......

And the HAUL of clothes I got on clearance for my Nephew for back to school.
Total = $38.00

Can't wait to start Month 2 of ZCut on Sunday because I think I am getting better at this workout!!!
