So this year I decided I needed to set some new goals for 2016!
I am planning a trip to the beach, here is a dress that I got.......
for just $6 bucks.
This is my INSPIRATION dress.
I found this nice little core workout, I thought I would start this in February:
So I also got a great deal on this tank top for Yoga....
Its called a "slimmer" top but I just like the print for my burgundy
Sturrup pants.
Sweeeeeet.
My 2016 Goals or Promises to myself :
Workout 15 minutes 3 times a week in the morning
Cut back on sugar
Continue getting better at instructing my Yoga classes
Ride a bike on the weekends 2 times a week.
Moving on to bigger and better accomplishments in 2016 :-)
