New Year Goals 2016!

So this year I decided I needed to set some new goals for 2016!
I am planning a trip to the beach, here is a dress that I got.......
for just $6 bucks. 
This is my INSPIRATION dress. 

I found this nice little core workout, I thought I would start this in February:

So I also got a great deal on this tank top for Yoga....
Its called a "slimmer" top but I just like the print for my burgundy 
Sturrup pants. 
Sweeeeeet. 


My 2016 Goals or Promises to myself :

Workout 15 minutes 3 times a week in the morning
Cut back on sugar 
Continue getting better at instructing my Yoga classes
Ride a bike on the weekends 2 times a week. 

Moving on to bigger and better accomplishments in 2016 :-)

I Mastered KSage Pose!

Pose: Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya i and ii [Eka Pada Koundinyasana i and ii]


So it only took me 2 years but I mastered it....not perfect but close!
I will continue to get that front leg straighter.....but now that I can lift my back leg I feel like I know this pose. 

I was super happy to get my new bracelet that Heidi Powell suggested.....
its the "Rise Up" silver one, love it!
I had my sister make is smaller during the holidays. 

I had a great vacation, and family time and its only been week 2 of the new year but I have seen many new faces in Yoga class. 

Just wanted to share the good news :-)
