Motivation!

Fall and winter are an easy time to slack on the workouts, when in reality we should be stepping up our game.......gearing up for the holidays. 

Working out:
Reduces stress
Helps keep you on a routine
Lets you have a few more calories
Increases stamina

No matter what, getting in a 30 minute walk each day will help you keep a healthy habit.

      Thanks for your comment. Depends on how good you are and where you plan to be a trainer. You have to know your stuff, and have a good following. Offer a full package, or pick one thing to really be great at that you love.
