Some how last night I had a melt down! I just crushed myself because of the stress of getting to my birthday and being behind on my goals. I just had a huge rough patch.

I want so much and feel like I keep focused and driven, but am not getting there fast enough. I even did Darren Hardings 10 year plan and found areas that I was lacking but still did better then I expected.

Here are some things that have been playing with my head about goals and being more successful. I am just venting here....

1.Teach Zumba and Specialize in TRX training, so those certifications are what I am working on. Certification for Zumba is September and hoping for TRX in October. I started BOTH of these 6 years ago.

2. To buy another property to turn into a studio vs renting. Still working on this as you know the Barbie house is too small if you have seen my youtube videos you can tell. (trainertfitness if you want to look me up)

3. Public Speaking on Impressions, Self belief, Motivation and Coaching

4. Get a new mattress and dresser to complete my bedroom. (This is some what a need for my back, but the dresser it can wait)

5. Learn investing. I am still struggling here I just can not get into it. I have great support and websites but I would be more interested in business ventures.

6. Contemplating 1 last competition at age 50. Its been almost 20 years and I don't know that I have it in me again. I still love every aspect but if I can't wrap my head around the nutrition that goes with it, I honestly have to hang it up.

7. The economy has shifted and I need to be ready for that come back, and I don't feel that I have everything in place that I should have. I have many things started but I am not sure that I have got as far as I should or could be.

8. Increase my net worth. I have done some work in this area that is reaping results but I can do better, I know I can. (expenses like surgery and certifications take way from this right now, until I re-coupe that from training clients for now its DEBT)

Today is a new day, a clear day and I will work on re-aligning my goals. I just need to get deep within myself and know it is what I want to go after and then pray for the answers.

So in 3 more days it will be another year that has passed, will that really make a difference? I doubt it, but since each day adds up I need to focus on the next 365!

How to get out of debt

I am a work in progress and I set the bar pretty high for myself. I have so much joy in my life I am very blessed but have my share of annoying times too. I try to continue growing, learning and striving to be like others that are where I want to be at.

Like this months Success magazine, I got really inspired to talk about money.

When you see a country like HATI you just have to remember how much we really have, how blessed we are. Just to have water and food, heat or a/c or a car and a house/roof over our heads. Poverty like that is heart retching, but it is there in the world to keep us aware that there is always someone that needs lifting up.

HOW TO GET OUT OF DEBT:

People cringe at managing money, but if you don't manage your money... YOUR money will manage YOU! That is not a good place to be at. Yesterday I talked about keeping a daily tab on where your money goes and check it at the end of the week, I am doing that and posting with my SWER. (see yesterdays blog) This awareness can help you make small changes that add up! Humm Starbucks..... Back to money.......and how to get out of debt.

This is the plan of attack that was recommended, AFTER you have 1,000.00 in a cash saving account.

1. Attack and pay off the smallest bills first - as each small bill gets paid its like loosing weight, you can see that you can do it and you become excited to loose more. Its liberating to not get that bill and it builds momentum. (I did this with my American express, just chipped away till it was gone and I feel GREAT about it)

2. Next work on the next smallest bill - same approach. Which no matter what others say about interest rates, its more about getting rid of each one, one by one and gaining control. (this was actually my car but you may have more then one credit card to work on, but just do the smallest first and try to get down to just 1 card) Just like getting control of your weight this is the same approach, baby steps.

3. Then after all small/cc or loans are paid (if that is smaller then car loan) work on your car loan. Which is usually smaller then your student loan or home loan (this is where I am starting my Trainer T. Foundation savings)

4. Once your car is paid off then work towards your additional 6 months of savings

5. Now work on your home loan - and the expert says that most people pay off thier home in about 8-12 years with this plan, now thats ENCOURAGING! This is all done in baby steps, just like loosing weight or diet. You just make 1 change and go from there...just START making a change because doing the same thing gets you the same results.

I'm Addicted To Craigslist!

Today this little guy went home with me from the gym, I hope he had a great workout!
He matched my Green Monster I had today, it was with banana and whey.

It was kinda cute, he was hanging on for "dear life" as I was flying home around 50 mph he stayed right with me on the MINI

He was right on the window edge and I could see his little face staring at me eyes closed there was nothing I could do. I did not notice he had hitched a ride with me until I was blazing down the road and started to put the window down to cool off from my ROCKSTAR cardio session. Poor guy, bet he wont do that again. Of course he looked a bit frazzled as rescued him and put him in the grass, sorry little guy you can eat my flowers now.

Off to my workout, I was hotter then blazes kicking 400 cals to the curb.

Workout = Straight cardio
Mood = Go T. go!
Wt = 116 (now thats more like it)
Time of workout = 40 mins
Cals burned = 400

First mile 12.15
Second mile 11.75
Total = 2 1/2 miles 6800 steps

I varied from 12-20 incline with a 4 resistance level
10 chair squats (10 more at lunch)

I know I promised to post my pictures for my vendor fair this weekend but I did not get around to it, but I did get in a walk after dinner.

I hate to say this...but I am addicted to selling on Craigslist!

Oh my... I did not get my decorations for the table posted, because I was busy taking MORE pictures of stuff I can sell. I have just found out I have too much stuff and not enough cash....green backs, big bucks, moooolah. So after my lovely massage tonight I will load all the pictures up and blog about it.

I was thinking, I have way to many designer hand bags, SELL! I have too much office equipment and nick nacks, SELL! Harley leather wear, SELL! A extra laptop SELL!

It's true most women are shoppers (alright I am too, that's how I got all this stuff right?) but since I just LOVE collecting money the most, this is more fun then a garage sale and a whole lot LESS hassle. If you have never tried it, you can find anything and everything on there its a blast. You can even shop compare, to know what to price your stuff at. Way cooler then E-bay. I'm doing cash and carry ONLY.

What can you sell?

This money is going to go towards:
New Bedding set (which T. ordered last night and will arrive in 8-10 biz days)
2 Night stands (I saw at Target online but won't order till cash is in hand!)
the rest $$$ to Savings/T's Foundation

I'm just so darn excited, I rescued a grasshopper and now I'm getting my house cleaned out and making extra money....I am BLESSED!
